What You'll Do

• Develop and own test strategies that validate next-gen powertrain components at scale
• Interpret complex test data to solve root causes and elevate product quality
• Continuously refine test systems and processes in a collaborative, data-driven culture
• Lead hands-on sourcing and deployment of advanced EOL test rigs for electric drive units
• Train and empower production teams to troubleshoot and operate test platforms
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and manufacturing to launch high-volume EV solutions
• Manage vendors from concept to commissioning to ensure seamless integration into production

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years in high-volume test engineering, ideally in EV, automotive, or related sectors
• Proven success deploying automated test equipment in fast-paced environments
• Strong command of data acquisition, SPC, DOE, and industrial instrumentation
• Sharp problem-solver with a passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team shaping the future of mobility
