Window Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves performing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial and residential clients, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional window cleaning, including use of squeegees, poles, and water-fed pole equipment. The ability to operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts is preferred, but not required. Rope descent positions are available for someone with experience or who is willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows on various building types, including high-rise structures, using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform additional services offered by the company such as pressure washing and gutter cleaning.
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely and efficiently to access hard-to-reach areas
• Maintain safety standards and protocols during all cleaning activities
• Prepare work areas by setting up necessary equipment and supplies
• Ensure all windows are cleaned to meet company quality standards and client expectations
• Perform routine maintenance checks on cleaning tools and equipment
• Follow detailed instructions for each job site, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures

Experience

• Professional window cleaning experience
• Experience operating scissor lifts or other elevated work platforms is highly desirable
• Experience using ladders
• Knowledge of cleaning traditional window cleaning tools, water-fed poles, and pressure washers
• Safety-focused
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
