Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Adapt Home Care Agency. Based in your local community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional in-home care to our clients, supporting their health and well-being while aligning with our mission of compassionate service.
Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Support medication administration under supervision.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.
• Use EMR/EHR systems effectively to update client records.
• Ensure safety and comfort during all caregiving activities.
• Qualifications
• Valid CNA certification.
• Proven experience in home healthcare or related settings.
• Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and compassion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Experience working with clients with dementia or memory care needs is a plus.
