CNC Router Operator

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual to work as a CNC Operator on a full-time. CNC Operator is responsible for programming, setting up and operating the CNC router by performing the following duties.

• Sets up, operates and assists and/or edits programming of the CNC router to perform a combination of machining operations
• Sets up sheets and specifications to determine program sequence, setup operation and dimensions of finished work pieces
• Verifies accuracy of machined work pieces
• Makes adjustments to achieve correct specification as needed
• Runs secondary operations on another machine when time allows
• Performs regular maintenance on equipment and keeps work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner
• Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations
• Responsible for detail repair and edit
• Maintains tooling inventory and replaces and sharpens tools
• Trains and shares knowledge with others for backup support
• Assists with other carpentry tasks
• Checks compressor room periodically
• Communicate with repair tech
• R&D on strategies for milling different substrates

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two to fouryear related experience and/or training.
• Or, equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license
