Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural restoration using hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct auto painting and finishing using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve flawless surface quality.
• Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication skills to repair or replace damaged parts effectively.
• Install auto glass and perform auto glass repairs with attention to detail for safety and aesthetics.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto restoration projects, and assembly work to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Use auto estimating software to assess damages accurately and communicate repair needs clearly to customers.
• Handle heavy lifting safely while working on vehicle frames or large components; maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair preferred.
• Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal work, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including auto painting, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, auto estimating software, and heavy lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of auto restoration processes and automotive repair standards.
• Ability to perform detailed auto body repairs with precision; experience with auto painting and airless paint spraying is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repair processes and timelines.
