Commercial Litigation Associate

About the Position:

Our client, a boutique law firm specializing in complex plaintiff-side class action and data privacy litigation, is actively seeking an attorney with 2-3 years of large law firm commercial litigation experience to join the firm as a fully remote associate. This is a great opportunity for an associate trained in a sophisticated defense side practice to bring their experience to a thriving, cutting-edge plaintiff side litigation practice.

· Draft complaints, substantive briefs and other pleadings·

· Assist in litigating some of the most cutting-edge cases across the country

Required Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of large law firm commercial litigation experience

· Class action experience is valued, but not required

· Interest in data privacy and/or finance related litigation matters

· Exceptional writing skills
