Compensation: $110,000–$135,000 (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Remote

Position Summary
The Clinical Director is a key leadership role overseeing all clinical teams and BCBAs across home-based services. This is a fully remote position with virtual leadership responsibilities.
This role requires strong leadership, deep ABA expertise, excellent communication, and a commitment to

. Success in this role means accelerating client progress, strengthening team performance, optimizing operational systems, and ensuring full compliance with clinical and organizational standards.

Client Progress
Ensure timely reports, QA, and alignment with treatment goals.
Staff Success
Build team skills through coaching, modeling, and BST to increase performance and consistency.
Caregiver Satisfaction
Maintain proactive, collaborative relationships grounded in communication and trust.
Operational Excellence
Ensure documentation accuracy, high utilization, scheduling efficiency, and compliance.
Results-Driven Performance
Lead, plan, and train with intention, driven by measurable outcomes and data-based decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Provide high-quality clinical oversight, including QA and report review.
- Oversee or conduct FBAs and other clinical assessments.
- Ensure treatment plans are completed effectively and meet client needs.
- Monitor client data and make timely, data-driven adjustments to accelerate progress.
- Support and guide teams through effective program setup to ensure strong utilization.
- Attend virtual meetings (IEPs, caregiver meetings, district meetings, as applicable).
Staff Supervision & Development
- Directly supervise BCBAs, ensuring supervision, case satisfaction, and utilization expectations are met.
- Deliver coaching, modeling, and feedback using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
- Conduct performance reviews and provide corrective action when needed.
- Maintain all supervision documentation in accordance with BACB standards.
- Promote a positive, growth-focused culture with clear expectations and accountability.
Operational & Quality Management
- Oversee documentation accuracy and ensure timely completion of session notes, assessments, and reports.
- Manage utilization, supervision ratios, staffing efficiency, and billable expectations.
- Reduce cancellations, non-billable hours, and scheduling inefficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to state regulations, Move Up ABA policies, and BACB ethical standards.
- Participate in system improvements and organizational development initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with caregivers and internal teams.
- Support conflict resolution and respond quickly to high-priority concerns.
- Represent Move Up ABA ethically and professionally in all interactions.
- Provide ongoing caregiver updates and maintain consistent communication expectations.
- Participate in leadership meetings, professional development, and clinical discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- Minimum 3 years of full BCBA experience.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Expertise in ABA and home-based service delivery.
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance direct and indirect responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and family systems.
- Reliable transportation for occasional home or school visits.
- Must pass background check and meet all state-required training and credentialing.
