We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food service, kitchen operations, and culinary skills. Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, including meal preparation and food handling
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food preparation and service
• Serve meals efficiently in a professional manner, maintaining high standards of presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including knife skills and food prep stations
• Support catering events and special functions as needed
• Handle food with care, adhering to proper hygiene practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service

Experience

• Prior experience in coffee shop and Italian cuisines roles preferred
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques preferred
