Role Description:
The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent support to clients by answering questions, solving problems, and assisting with their needs via phone and email. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, updating their records, and working with our internal team to ensure a smooth experience. This role contributes to improving client relationships, helping the organization move efficiently while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate with various departments in a fast-paced environment to ensure all necessary paperwork.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Communicate with client referral sources via email and phone on matters such as on-boarding and general questions.
- Coordinate effectively with supervisors and internal staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone and via email
- Familiarity with workplace software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
