We're looking for a hands-on Corporate Recruiter to own hiring across several fast-growing companies. This is not a "post jobs and wait" role. You'll actively source, qualify, and close talent across sales, operations, field, and corporate roles.

If you know how to hunt, move fast, and close strong candidates — you'll do very well here.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers
• Recruit across multiple businesses (construction, logistics, energy, consumer brands)
• Actively source using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, cold outreach, and direct search
• Screen candidates for skills, attitude, and execution ability
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates quickly through the process
• Close candidates and manage offers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work directly with ownership and leadership (no red tape)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source and close candidates (not just screen)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident, professional
• Organized, fast, and execution-driven
• Experience with ATS systems (any major platform is fine)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Recruiting for construction, trades, logistics, or sales roles
• Experience hiring 1099 contractors and W-2 employees
• Multi-company or high-volume recruiting experience
