What's the role?

Job Details:

• Actively visiting customers and bring new customers
• Prospecting new customers through direct outreach (using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences)
• Answer and explain customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Backup the customer service rep at the front desk

Requirement:

• Minimum 2-year experience in Sales and customer service
• High school diploma.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint are mandatory skills.
• Must know how to operate computer and know how type in Keyboard.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred
