Summary
As a Front Desk Agent at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. This role is vital in enhancing the overall guest experience and contributing to our mission of hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
