We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive host/host services and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items including specials, drinks, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling practices, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy
• Previous experience in serving roles such as host/host or busser is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
