Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
Process payments and maintain guest accounts
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Assist with night audit duties as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Multilingual skills are a plus
Knowledge of Opera is a mandatory requirement
Ability to handle guest relations professionally
A degree or certification in Hospitality Management is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
