From your PASSION to ours
Be a key member of the Technology team at Lactalis In this position you will play a key role in providing overall technological support for the enterprise applications used by the Management Control functions of the Lactalis US Businesses. You will need to have both strategic and tactical capabilities, excellence in business processes, and a deep understanding of SAP CO solutions as well as other enterprise applications.
The Senior SAP CO Analyst is responsible for identifying technology solutions that support achievement of relevant business objectives and working with the business to define the requirements for new system or process enhancements to existing and/or new applications.
From your STORY to ours
- Strong "hands-on" SAP CO functional experience primarily Material Ledger including Profit and Cost Center accounting
- Support the successful build and run activities, within the defined workstream, for multiple SAP ERP solution, S/4 and ECC, across multiple business units
- Analyze and document business processes to align with global and local requirements
- Analyze and document functional and technical requirements for SAP system designs with input from business users
- Participate in workshops and presentations with users and management to facilitate solution development and continuous improvement
- Identify benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system design solutions and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules
- Perform SAP configuration to satisfy a solution designed to meet requirements and business process parameter
- Have good working knowledge with integrations with other SAP modules, including FI, PP, SD
- Ability to manage custom developments utilizing BADI's, user exist, custom reports are highly preferred in CO domain.
- Support system testing processes (unit, integration, and regression) including test build, execution, and defect resolution
- Maintain project and solution documentation standards to ensure sufficient detail and clarity, collaborating with business partners to ensure that these are captured correctly with clear and complete understanding of process and technology implications
- Provide on-going business user support and issue resolution
- Provide support to rollout/implementation teams.
- Assist service providers and others to implement changes and resolve issues in processes/systems.
- Travel may be required for on-site support at Lactalis facilities
Requirements
From your EXPERTISE to ours
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business or other related academic discipline
- 5+ years' experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment
- 5+ years' experience in providing business analytics solutions, in an SAP environment utilizing a CoE support model
- Experience in the Food Industry and/or Consumer Products preferred
- Functional SAP knowledge in the following business processes, General Ledger accounting, Controlling, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.?Preference for experience in any of Banking, Fixed Assets, Tax, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis
- Experience in an SAP S/4 HANA environment, including ECC and new G/L with Document Splitting and other functionalities is strongly preferred
- Experience with other integration solutions for data modelling preferred, e.g., BI BW
- Experience with Trade Promotions based accrual and spend analysis is preferred?
- Basic ABAP knowledge is a plus, e.g., debugging, user exits, function modules
- Knowledge of end-to-end IT software development lifecycle from idea conception through planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support and transition into operations teams
- Experience in support ticket applications
- Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical, time-management and facilitation skills
- Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive and responsive with a bias for action and results
