We are seeking a
highly passionate, relentlessly driven, and creatively inspired chef
to join our team as a
Creative Executive Chef (or Traveling Executive Chef)
. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary innovator who thrives on collaboration, experimentation, and excellence — someone ready to push the boundaries of creativity while maintaining an unwavering commitment to perfection.
As we continue to scale and develop new dining concepts, this role will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of culinary experiences within our growing brand family.
What You'll Do
- Lead Culinary Innovation:
Develop and perfect new dishes through a rigorous and iterative process, working closely with leadership to achieve "A+" level results — even if it takes multiple rounds of refinement. - Collaborate Across Concepts:
Partner with our Culinary Director and external consultants to bring creative ideas to life for both existing and emerging restaurant concepts. - Travel & Execute:
Serve as a traveling culinary leader, visiting various locations to support openings, tastings, and menu rollouts. - Balance Creativity & Precision:
Deliver precisely on specific requests before introducing your own innovative twists and creative direction. - Maintain Culinary Standards:
Uphold the brand's commitment to quality, consistency, and excellence across all dishes and experiences.

- Experienced in restaurant or concept development; candidates from traditional hotel settings have not historically been a fit for this environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:
$100,000 – $200,000+ depending on experience and talent. - Flexible Title:
"Creative Executive Chef" or "Traveling Executive Chef," depending on the candidate's fit. - Growth Opportunity:
This is a key leadership position within a rapidly expanding group, offering both creative freedom and long-term potential.
About the Team
Currently, our culinary innovation is led by someone who oversees tastings and R&D with support from external consultants. As our
current traveling executive chef
transitions to a full-time role for our restaurant concept, we're introducing this
new creative culinary leadership position
to drive development for our emerging ventures.
