Duties

• Perform detailed foundation inspections across various project sites, including residential and commercial buildings.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify defects or deviations early, facilitating prompt corrective actions to the structure.
• Collect accurate data during site visits through documentation, photographs, and measurement recordings for reporting purposes
• Analyze structural foundations to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and management to communicate inspection findings clearly and efficiently
• Support construction by providing insights into progress, quality issues, or potential risks.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and general infrastructure development is not required but helpful
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality control inspections with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with data collection techniques and analysis skills relevant to construction projects
• Experience working with contracts, specifications, and regulatory compliance standards is highly desirable
• Construction site experience that includes safety protocols, quality assurance practices, and technical documentation
• In home sales experience is not required but can be used to your benefit if applicable

Pay: $100, $300,000.00 per year
