Join our dedicated team as an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in fulfilling customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order lists, packing items securely for shipment, and assisting with inventory management and organization. Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment is paramount, and strict adherence to all Safety guidelines is required. This position involves significant physical activity, including walking extensively throughout the warehouse, bending, reaching, and the ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 40 pounds. Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics processes is beneficial. We provide necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and vests, and expect all team members to use them consistently. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently to ensure product protection during transit.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and protocols.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory systems is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE .
