Warehouse Associate

Location: Leaders Furniture Distribution Center – Largo, FL

Schedule: 

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

***Please note end time varies based on volume of orders***

Pay: $14.00/hour + team-based incentive pay

What You'll Do

• Scan, Sort & Move: Use handheld scanners to manage inventory with speed and accuracy.
• Prep for Delivery: Load furniture onto trucks with care and teamwork
• Rotate & Grow: Train across Receiving, Quality Control, and Lift Operation
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Operate Equipment: Get certified as a forklift operator

What It Takes

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with help)
• Comfort with physical tasks: standing, walking, kneeling, pushing
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
