What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles
• Create engaging job posts and ads across platforms
• Use AI tools to optimize sourcing and candidate screening
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project needs
• Bring new ideas, implement modern recruitment tools and contribute to continuous improvement

Your Profile:

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms in USA

Skilled in job ad creation and social media outreach

Proactive, organized, innovative, and result-driven

Experience in the shipbuilding or marine sector is a plus
