About The Role

As an E-commerce Front End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online shopping experience for our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all front-end development activities related to e-commerce platforms. Working closely with management, design, backend teams, and clients, you will ensure the delivery of visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performance websites. Your expertise will help optimize user journeys, improve conversion rates, and maintain the overall quality of our e-commerce solutions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate effectively with global teams and contribute to innovative projects that impact millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in front-end development
• Proficiency in , (including Hooks, Redux, Saga),
• Experience with CMS component integration, API service consumption, SSR/CSR rendering, middleware, and logging
• Strong knowledge of Git, SourceTree, deployment processes, Postman, and unit testing with JEST
• Hands-on experience with responsive UI development using Bootstrap CSS framework (MDB library)
• Excellent understanding of eCommerce platforms and commercial offerings
• Deep knowledge of UI design, responsive development, and frontend architecture
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing (preferred)
• Ability to lead UI/UX development and mentor team members
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Analyze UI issues, identify root causes, and develop effective action plans
• Conduct code reviews and manage regular meetings with offshore teams
• Estimate UI development efforts and ensure timely delivery
• Provide guidance on UX/UI development approaches to the UI team
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and backend/frontend developers to ensure project alignment
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to achieve business objectives
• Lead user experience and design projects, including creating information architecture, wireframes, personas, and user journeys
• Establish and communicate effective design processes based on Design Thinking and user-centered design principles
• Incorporate customer feedback into ongoing UX/UI improvements across the eCommerce platform
• Drive iterative design and development processes in partnership with third-party agencies, including research, prototyping, UI design, and testing
• Diagnose and resolve conversion challenges collaboratively with external agencies and development teams
• Provide technical guidance and support during complex project phases
• Maintain excellent client and internal communication to ensure clarity of project scope and deliverables
