Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with menu planning and food presentation to ensure appealing and high-quality dishes
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards throughout food preparation and service
• Serve meals to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
• Support catering events by preparing and serving food for large groups
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including equipment sanitation
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles such as dietary aide, restaurant staff, or culinary positions
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Experience with menu planning and catering services is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Familiarity with the food industry, including kitchen operations and fine dining practices
• Ability to adapt to different culinary styles and customer preferences
