CityBus is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist passengers and promote a positive public image of our transit services. In this role, you'll provide information about routes and schedules, respond to customer questions and feedback, and help ensure every rider has a great experience.
Schedule:
- Monday: 2:30 PM – 8:40 PM
- Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 8:40 PM
- Saturday: 2:30 PM – 8:40 PM
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Prior customer service experience preferred

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service role.
- Must pass required drug screen and background checks and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
