Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and has a passion for building relationships. As a Customer Service / Sales Assistant, you'll help deliver exceptional service to our clients and contribute to the success of the seasonal and annual events that raise awareness and support for charitable causes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure positive experiences from initial contact to event execution.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and event management teams.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend event solutions that align with our goal of increasing support for their causes.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Help the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and keeping accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics for community and seasonal charity events, ensuring all details are well-executed.
• Support the team in meeting sales targets by promoting our client's services and generating new leads.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction, particularly during peak seasonal campaigns.
