Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. We are a new restaurant and as a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting for the next guests to maintain a tidy environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
• Utilize basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.

Requirements

• Must Have a Food Handler License.
• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is required.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
