Appian Lead Developer

We are looking for Appian Lead Developer - Contract, who has very solid understanding on Appian platform 20.x versions onwards and have implemented minimum 3 end to end Appian Low code implementation and have more than 5 years in Appian Implementation experience.

Following skills are mandatory along with word copy of your resume if you are interested.

Location: Remote

Work Authorization - **Only US Citizen and should be clearable ***

Minimum Exp: 5 Years in Appian and overall in 5 years or more.

Certification: **MANDATORY**- Prefer Lead Developer but Minimum Associate Developer certification is required and can commit to clear Lead Developer in 60 days after joining.

Technical Skills

• Good Knowledge and experience in Appian Sail Design, UI/UX

• Experience in create complex process model designs

• Experience in Integration, API, webAPI's and have implemented external integrations in their projects

• Hands on role and not just leading the team.

• Should have implemented all standard best practices and can contribute to Appian COE as required

-Plugin development experience is nice to have but not required

-Have in-depth understanding on Records, Connected Systems, RPA,

-Experience with DevOps practices and tools including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices, especially Gitlab or Jenkins

-Experience with Agile project methodologies and practices

-Strong team leadership, verbal and written communication skills

-Self Starter who can work on their own and also has ability to work well in a co-located team

-Translate business requirements into functional solutions using Appian BPM.

-Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards and best practices.

• Prior experience in US Federal projects is preferred

-Mentor Junior developers and provide guidance on Appian implementation techniques.

-Work collaboratively with Business Analyst, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to plan and execute projects.

• Excellent customer facing skill and team member

• Should be working in Eastern Time Zone

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $80.00 per hour
