POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse. Oversees inventory transactions, supports cycle counts and audits, resolves discrepancies, and works closely with warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and inventory accuracy. Works closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely availability of materials.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily inventory activities including receiving, put-away, transfers, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems
- Perform and support cycle counts and physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure material availability
- Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to leadership
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and warehouse best practices
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Inventory control and reconciliation
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / ERP experience
- Cycle counting and auditing
- Data accuracy and reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
