We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead operations, inspire teams, and uphold the highest standards of service.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all front-of-house and operational functions
• Recruit, train, and develop a polished service team
• Maintain luxury-level service standards and brand integrity
• Partner closely with ownership and culinary leadership
• Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
• Lead with presence, professionalism, and purpose

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience
• Fine dining, steakhouse, or luxury hospitality background preferred
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Open to relocating to Montana for the right role
