Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their prescription, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Take measurements to ensure proper fit of eyewear.
- Adjust and repair eyeglasses to ensure optimal comfort and functionality.
- Educate patients on lens options and eyewear care.
- Process orders and verify lens accuracy.
- Apply retail math skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
-Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.

Skills
- Experience in optical dispensing is preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detailed oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes related to optical services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
