Laborer/Trainee

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Assist in the setup of job sites, including moving materials and preparing equipment for use.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Previous labor experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (between 50 and 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to pass a background check for Government owned projects.
