Position Overview

The Business Development & Growth Coordinator is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, generating, and nurturing new business opportunities. This role is not a traditional sales position and does not involve closing deals or estimating. You will act as a hunter and brand ambassador, making outbound calls, building relationships, attending events, supporting marketing efforts, and feeding qualified leads to the leadership and project team. If you enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and creating momentum for a growing business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Opportunity Development

  • Proactively identify new residential and commercial construction opportunities

  • Make outbound calls to property managers, HAs, realtors, designers, developers, and business owners.

  • Research and mine leads through permits, redevelopment areas, aging properties, and referrals

  • Qualify incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal team member

  • Maintain accurate lead activity and notes in our CRM (Jobber)

Business Development & Networking

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, HOA meetings, and

community events

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and industry professionals

  • Represent Renotight professionally in the community and marketplace

  • Follow up with contacts to nurture long-term opportunities and partnerships

Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Assist with social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Help manage and update our Google Business Profile (posts, photos, reviews)

  • Capture jobsite photos/videos and highlight completed projects

  • Support promotion of services, campaigns, and brand initiatives

  • Monitor online presence and identify opportunities for increased visibility

Coordination & Reporting


•Track lead sources, outreach activity, and event participation

  • Provide weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and opportunities in the pipeline

  • Coordinate handoffs between business development, leadership, and project teams

  • Support growth initiatives and special projects as needed

This role focuses on creating opportunities, not closing them.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations

  • Organized, consistent, and self-motivated

  • Professional, personable, and confident

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and social platforms

  • Willing to attend events and work some flexible hours as needed

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in construction, real estate, property management

  • Background in business development, lead generation, or marketing

  • Familiarity with social media or local advertising platforms

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
