Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our innovative team. Duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
  • Lead project management efforts by planning timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Conduct detailed data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract insights from complex datasets stored in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other databases.
  • Develop database designs and optimize data architecture for efficient storage and retrieval of information.
  • Support database management tasks such as scripting with VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Talend for data integration and automation.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to adapt quickly to changing project requirements while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate findings effectively through Visio diagrams and presentations that translate technical details into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in business analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management practices.
  • Expertise in SQL programming along with experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend or equivalent for data integration tasks.
  • Knowledge of programming languages including Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience in database design principles and working with linked data sources for comprehensive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $ $72.00 per hour
