Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the spring semester in a K-12 school setting, located onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. This contract position covers the school calendar year (CSY) and is ideal for professionals seeking experience in an educational environment working with pediatric populations.

Key Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with pediatric speech and language services
• Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology protocols
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student success
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with school policies and regulations
