Position Overview

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will be a key part of our clinical team, helping deliver gentle, high-quality dental care while making every child feel safe, confident, and happy. You'll work alongside an incredible team that values kindness, professionalism, and fun.

This is a part-time position for three days per week, offering an excellent work-life balance in a practice where people truly enjoy coming to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after patients
• Take and process digital X-rays
• Sterilize and organize instruments
• Help comfort and support children during their visits
• Educate families on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work closely with the front and back office teams to keep the day running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus (we will train the right candidate)
• Warm, friendly, and patient personality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Coronal Polishing Certification
• Sealant Certification
