Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Other Information

• This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings.  Travel required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina).  Home base for this position is: rd Avenue (Wascana Rehab Centre).

• Scheduled hours of work may be reduced (if applicable) during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.

• Valid driver's license, where required
