Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick inventory items based on order requirements.
- Package products using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Perform frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the entire shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with scanning systems.
- Physical ability to perform required lifting and material handling tasks.
