Your primary duties will involve accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves using order lists or RF scanners, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role requires precision, speed, and the physical capability for significant **lifting** and standing throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on provided documentation (pick lists, RF scanners).
- Locate and retrieve products from various locations within the warehouse.
- Verify picked items for accuracy against order requirements.
- Pack orders securely to ensure safe transit and prevent damage.
- Stage completed orders for loading and shipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area and warehouse aisles.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Contribute to overall team goals and **logistics** efficiency.
- Perform frequent **lifting** of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **lifting**, standing, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **logistics**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to **Safety** practices and proper **PPE** usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
