We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our busy distribution center in Sacramento, California. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse. This role requires a valid forklift certification and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include transporting inventory to and from storage areas, assisting with order picking and put-away processes, and ensuring that all forklift operations adhere to strict Safety guidelines. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to maintain workflow and productivity. Proper handling of merchandise is essential to prevent damage and ensure inventory accuracy. The use of appropriate PPE at all times is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and maneuvering of pallets and products. Strong spatial awareness, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a keen attention to detail are critical for success.
