You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing items for dispatch. A key focus of this position is ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory as it moves through our logistics chain. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Attention to detail is crucial for minimizing errors and ensuring customer satisfaction. We require all associates to follow strict safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE , such as steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests. The ability to handle frequent Lifting of boxes and packages up to 50 pounds is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for outbound transportation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and the proper use of PPE .
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
