The Material Handler plays a crucial role in the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are handled with care and accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals. This role is vital to our logistics operations and ensures timely delivery of products to our customers. We prioritize the well-being of our employees and expect all team members to adhere strictly to all safety protocols. This includes the proper use of PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves, as required by the task. The ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting is essential for this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock shelves, racks, and bins with inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
