Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders based on pick tickets or scanner devices.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Inspect items for damage before packing and report any discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed to move products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs) regularly.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
