We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. You will be operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to transport materials to and from production, loading docks, delivery trucks, and storage areas. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is expected at all times. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to safety protocols. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to optimize workflow and productivity. Daily pre-operation checks of forklifts are mandatory to ensure proper functioning and safety. Understanding and executing proper load-handling techniques is essential to prevent damage to products and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA).
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
