Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Distribution Center Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! We are seeking energetic individuals to support our expanding logistics operations. As a DC Associate, you will play a crucial role in the entire lifecycle of products within our facility, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Your commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and safety will ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. This role involves a combination of manual labor and system-based tasks, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against orders.
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory accurately within the distribution center.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision, ensuring order accuracy.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, following strict safety guidelines.
  • Load finished goods onto trucks for outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned to support the logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer systems.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and a commitment to a safe work culture.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed.
