Seeking hardworking Warehouse Workers for our facility in Denver, Colorado! This role is fundamental to our distribution process, supporting the entire lifecycle of goods within our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and put-away of inventory, order fulfillment (picking and packing), staging for shipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. You will be a key contributor to our Logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of products. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety , and we provide all necessary PPE along with comprehensive training. This physically demanding role requires individuals capable of consistent Lifting and movement throughout their shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
- Organize and maintain inventory within assigned warehouse sections.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Strictly follow all company Safety rules and protocols, including the use of all required PPE .
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory verification tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve operational targets.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting of up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse functions and inventory procedures.
- Dedicated to adhering to Safety standards and utilizing PPE correctly.
- Physical capability for sustained activity, including regular Lifting and movement.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
- Experience in Logistics or distribution is a plus.
