Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is critical to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and above all, safety, is paramount. You'll work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are key to success. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be engaged in tasks involving Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE to ensure your well-being and adherence to strict Safety standards. Be part of a vital link in the supply chain, ensuring our clients receive their products efficiently and correctly. Your role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our inventory and the speed of our fulfillment process in our Logistics center.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise.
  • Pick items accurately based on customer orders or production needs.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and reporting.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize provided PPE , including safety shoes, gloves, and vests.
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
  • Support other departments within the Logistics team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and best practices.
  • Willingness to wear all required PPE .
