You will be responsible for order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This includes operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall productivity and organization of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to following safety protocols. Proper PPE must be worn at all times. Significant lifting is involved, and you should be comfortable working in a physically demanding role. A background in logistics or warehouse operations is beneficial.
