Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick items accurately according to customer orders or production needs.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks, using appropriate equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant warehouse environment.
- Perform regular **lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to all **PPE** requirements and company **logistics** procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to overall team performance and meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent **lifting**, bending, and standing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to follow **Safety** guidelines and wear assigned **PPE**.
