Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize warehouse operations.
- Identify and report any issues with inventory, equipment, or safety.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
