Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Phoenix, Arizona! You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products efficiently based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
