Join our vibrant logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is critical to the successful operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products move efficiently from receipt to shipment. Your duties will include receiving and stocking incoming inventory, accurately picking customer orders, and preparing them for dispatch. Meticulous attention to detail is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing errors in our logistics process. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. This position involves significant physical activity, requiring regular lifting and moving of goods, sometimes up to 55 pounds. Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse machinery is highly desirable. You will work as part of a dedicated team, collaborating to meet daily productivity targets and contribute to the seamless functioning of our supply chain.
